Therapy Sessions
Therapy can help us ease into our experiences, no matter how difficult the circumstances. Sessions are tailored to your whole Self—body, mind, and spirit.

Nervous System Skills
Improving body awareness can help us develop skills to identify and express emotions. Learning coping skills can help with stress management.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing may be recommended to help lessen symptoms. EMDR can help re-process memories and trauma that may be negatively affecting the present.
Therapy Sessions
In our first session together, we will explore the reasons for your visit. Whether it’s your first session or you’ve been in therapy before, together we can explore alternatives to help you feel better.
Session Fees
$150 per session. As a courtesy, I can provide an invoice—your health insurance may reimburse you for a portion of therapy.
College students interested in therapy sessions, please inquire.
Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) accepted.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate.”
All sessions are virtual at this time.
